Air Fryer Sausage Balls
Easy Air Fryer Sausage Balls made with sausage, Bisquick, cheddar, and cream cheese. A quick, cheesy appetizer perfect for parties

- 1 pound ground sausage, room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups bisquick see below to make your own
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 350 degrees.
Add sausage, Bisquick, and oregano to a large bowl. Mix with your hands until well combined.
1 pound ground sausage,, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 2 1/2 cups bisquick
Add shredded cheese and cream cheese. Mix till fully incorporated.
4 ounces cream cheese,, 8 ounces cheddar cheese,
Using a cookie scoop, roll and shape into 1-inch balls.
Place 12 at a time in the air fryer and air fry for 9 minutes or until golden brown. Shake half way through.
Serve and ENJOY!
To make your own Bisquick use (this makes more than 2 ½ cups but you will only need 2 ½ cups for the sausage balls:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions: in large bowl whisk together flour and baking powder. Cut in butter with fork or pastry cutter.
