Soft, sticky Strawberry Monkey Bread is deliciously flavored with freshly cooked strawberries! Perfect for breakfast or a special treat!

You guys know how much I love monkey bread! Remember that time I told you about how a friend and I ate the whole thing over coffee? Well that was the best memory!
I also have memories of when we used to make this at home when I was a kid! We never made any flavor other than a classic monkey bread but this time I wanted to try it with strawberries!

What is monkey bread?
I know such an odd name but really it’s incredibly tasty! It’s a soft, sweet pull-apart bread. You use biscuits or homemade dough and coat it in cinnamon and sugar. Place it in a bundt pan and top with a buttery, sugar sauce.
How to make Strawberry Monkey Bread!
Ingredients you will need!
- Buttermilk Biscuits: Canned buttermilk biscuits are the shortcut ingredient that makes monkey bread quick and easy to prepare.
- Fresh Strawberries: Fresh strawberries add bursts of juicy sweetness throughout the monkey bread.
- Sugar and Cinnamon: Granulated sugar helps coat the biscuit pieces and creates sweetness throughout the bread. When combined with cinnamon, it forms a sweet outer coating that caramelizes as the monkey bread bakes.
- Butter: Butter creates richness and moisture and is essential for the gooey sauce that forms during baking.
- Brown Sugar: Brown sugar helps create the rich caramel sauce that flows between the layers of biscuit dough

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Separate biscuits, cut into quarters. Set aside.
- Mix together strawberries and sugar. Spread half on the bottom of bundt pan. Set aside the remaining half.
- Place sugar and cinnamon in a large plastic bag, mix well.
- Shake 8-10 pieces of biscuits in the sugar until well covered. Repeat with the remaining biscuits 8-10 at a time.
- Arrange half the biscuits in even layers over strawberries. Add the remaining strawberries. Top with the rest of the biscuits.
- In a small pot melt butter. Add brown sugar, stir. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour butter mixture over biscuits.
- Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- When done allow to cool for 5 minutes. Flip into serving platter. Serve and ENJOY!
