Start by putting water to boil in a pot, when it boils, add the pasta and the peeled garlic, cook pasta according to package or until al dente.
Meanwhile cut the tomatoes, and add it to a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Add the tuna and half of the portion of the finely cut parsley. Stir well, breaking up the tuna into small pieces.
Strain the pasta and garlic. Discard garlic.
Finish by adding pasta to bowl. Stir well.
Top with remaining parsley.
