Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Allow dough to come to room temperature. (About 15 minutes)
Mix two tablespoons of sprinkles in cookie dough until evenly distributed. Press dough into prepared pan in an even layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Allow cookie bar to cool completely in pan before removing.
Frost completely cooled cookie bar with strawberry frosting. Top frosting with remaining sprinkles. Allow frosting to set before cutting into 16 squares.
