Sage Butter Gnocchi

- 17 ounces potato gnocchi (1 package)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 leaves of fresh sage
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
In a medium pot add water and salt. Cook gnocchi according to package, about 3 minutes.
While it cooks, add butter to a medium skillet pan. Simmer for 1 minute. Add in garlic and sage. Simmer until golden brown, about 3 more minutes.
Add in cooked gnocchi. Stir.
Top with cheese and stir.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
