Sage Butter Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 17 ounces potato gnocchi (1 package)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 leaves of fresh sage
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium pot add water and salt. Cook gnocchi according to package, about 3 minutes.
  • While it cooks, add butter to a medium skillet pan. Simmer for 1 minute. Add in garlic and sage. Simmer until golden brown, about 3 more minutes.
  • Add in cooked gnocchi. Stir.
  • Top with cheese and stir.
  • Serve warm and ENJOY!
