Peach Black Tea Lemonade

This simple, refreshing Peach Black Tea Lemonade has the perfect blend of flavors and just a touch of sweetness! Perfect for hot summer days!

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow peaches peeled
  • 1/2 lemon juiced (about 2-3 tablespoons)
  • 2 cups brewed decaffeinated black tea cooled
  • 3 tablespoons simple syrup
  • ice

Instructions

  • Add peaches, lemon juice, tea and simple syrup into blender.
    adding in brewed tea to mixer.
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes.
    lemonade mixed with a foamy top.
  • Strain mixture to remove pulp. (If you like pulp you can skip this step but the mixture will be very thick.
    straining lemonade into cup.
  • Pour over ice and ENJOY!

Notes

  • TO MAKE SIMPLE SYRUP: in microwavable dish microwave 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water for 2 minutes. Stir till sugar is dissolved. May store in air tight contain in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
  • Make sure peaches, tea and simple syrup are cold.
  • Add more simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
  • This can be 1 day in advance. Whisk together the mixture before pouring over ice.
