Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet

An easy skillet cookie made with basic cookie ingredients cooked in a cast iron skillet!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup mini malted Easter eggs
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 8 mini malted Easter eggs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325degrees. Spray 6 inch skillet with non stick spray. Set aside.
  • In large bowl add butter, brown sugar and sugar. Mix.
  • Mix in egg and vanilla.
  • Slowly mix in flour and baking soda.
  • Stir in malted eggs and chocolate chips.
  • Place in skillet and spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  • Press in 8 mini malted eggs into the top of the cookie.
  • Serve warm and ENJOY!
