Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet
An easy skillet cookie made with basic cookie ingredients cooked in a cast iron skillet!

- 1 stick butter softened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup mini malted Easter eggs
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 8 mini malted Easter eggs for garnish
Preheat oven to 325degrees. Spray 6 inch skillet with non stick spray. Set aside.
In large bowl add butter, brown sugar and sugar. Mix.
Mix in egg and vanilla.
Slowly mix in flour and baking soda.
Stir in malted eggs and chocolate chips.
Place in skillet and spread out evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Press in 8 mini malted eggs into the top of the cookie.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
