Ingredients

stick butter
softened (8 tablespoons)
2/3
cup
granulated sugar
1
egg
room temperature
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/2
teaspoon
baking soda
1
cup
all purpose flour + 2 tablespoons
1
cup
lucky charms cereal
Instructions
Preheat over to 375 F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
In bowl add butter and sugar. Mix well.
Add egg and vanilla and continue to mix.
Add flour and baking soda. Mix.
Stir in cereal.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop into baking sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve and ENJOY!
Notes
*Press in some extra marshmallows to the top of your cookies when hot for decoration.
