Ingredients
3 1/2cupsall purpose flour
1 3/4teaspoonyeast
1teaspoonsugar
1teaspoonsalt
1 1/2cupswarm water
1/2cupflour
1tablespoonolive oil
Instructions
Add 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt to bowl. Mix with fork.
Next pour in your warm water. Continue to mix with fork. Knead by adding 1/2 cup flour for about 2 minutes or until dough is slightly sticky.
Cover bowl and let rise in warm space for 4 or more hours. The longer the better.
When done rising, place on floured surface and with a 1/2 cup of flour, knead until dough is smooth and not sticky anymore.
Spray dutch oven with non stick cooking spray or line oven with parchment paper. Place dough in dutch oven and let it rise in warm space for another 2 hours.
Uncover, brush with olive oil.
Preheat oven to 450 ℉
Place lid on dutch oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove lid and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm and ENJOY!

TO BAKE ON SHEET PAN:
Follow steps 1-4.
Split into four pieces. Line sheet pan with parchment paper or silicon mat. Place dough on sheet pan. Allow to rise 2 hours in warm space.
Brush with olive oil.
Bake at 450 ℉ for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
