- 1 pound strawberries diced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350 ℉ degrees.
Wash and dice strawberries. In medium bowl add strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Stir. Add to a baking dish.
In a small bowl add oats, olive oil and maple syrup. Mix well.
Top strawberries with oats mixture.
Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until oats are golden brown and strawberries are bubbling.
