Collard Greens
Quick and easy side dish that complements any meal!

- 1 16 oz bag collard greens
- 1 medium size red onion roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Prepare collard greens by chopping them up.
In a large saute pan add onions, 1 tablespoon oil and salt.
Turn heat on medium and add half of your greens.
Cook for a few minutes, stirring often.
Then add the remaining half of greens, 1 tablespoon oil and garlic powder.
Continue to cook for 10 minutes or until greens are soft. ENJOY!
