Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° degrees. Spray 6 inch skillet with non stick spray. Set aside.
In large bowl add pumpkin, egg, vanilla, sugar and brown sugar. Mix.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Place in skillet and spread out evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
