Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Skillet Cookie

Warm fall inspired chocolate chip pumpkin skillet cookie. Perfect for feeding a crowd or just two!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325° degrees. Spray 6 inch skillet with non stick spray. Set aside.
  • In large bowl add pumpkin, egg, vanilla, sugar and brown sugar. Mix.
  • Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Mix well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Place in skillet and spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  • Serve warm and ENJOY!
