Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins made with fresh or frozen blueberries! So simple and easy to make! You can have them in just about 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line muffin pan with liners. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl whisk together flour, oats, baking soda and sugar. Set aside.

  • Melt butter. (this can be either in the microwave or on the stove.)
  • Whisk eggs into the butter.

  • Pour butter mixture into flour mixture. Stir well.

  • Stir in blueberries.

  • Scoop into muffin liners.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Cool and ENJOY!

Notes

These are lightly sweetened muffins so you can add 1/2 cup sugar or honey to sweeten them up a little.
