Banana Caramel Smoothie

Hot weather and ripened bananas call for a quick cold drink. Banana Caramel Smoothie was exactly what we needed to cool off!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen, about 10 slices
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 banana fresh, about 10 slices
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon caramel ice cream topping

Instructions

  • Add to blender frozen banana, Then add ice cubes and the fresh banana.
    1 banana, 10 ice cubes, 1 banana
  • Pour in milk.
    1/3 cup milk
  • Add in Greek yogurt and caramel.
    1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon caramel ice cream topping
  • Blend 1 minute and 30 seconds or until ice cubes are completely blended into mixture.
  • Pour into glasses and ENJOY!

Notes

For this recipe you can use all frozen or all fresh banana. The texture is creamier when using a mixture of both.
