1appleskin on, cored and diced (about 1 cup of diced apple)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 ℉. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon mat. Set aside.
In mixing bowl add butter and sugars. Whisk till incorporated.
Whisk in egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon till incorporated.
Stir in apples.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop onto baking sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or just until golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes.

Make sure apple is diced into little piecesSTORE:Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days. Store in freezer for up to 3 months. Defrost by letting them come to room temperature.
