Easy Apple Cake! Made with just a few pantry staples and fresh apples! With a hint of cinnamon, this tasty dessert will become a favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup diced apples core and peel apples from about 2 medium sized apples
  • FOR ICING:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  • Oil round cake pan or springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In small bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Whisk together eggs, sugar milk and oil. Add dry ingredients and whisk slightly, just till all is incorporated.
  • Stir in apples.
  • Spoon into pan.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool.

FOR THE DRIZZLE:

  • Mix sugar and milk.
  • Drizzle over cake.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
