Ingredients

baking powder

granulated sugar

ground cinnamon

eggs
room temperature

whole milk
1/3

vegetable oil

diced apples
core and peel apples from about 2 medium sized apples
FOR ICING:
1
cup
powdered sugar
1/2
tablespoon
milk
Instructions
Preheat over to 425 degrees.
Oil round cake pan or springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In small bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Whisk together eggs, sugar milk and oil. Add dry ingredients and whisk slightly, just till all is incorporated.
Stir in apples.
Spoon into pan.
Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool.
FOR THE DRIZZLE:
Mix sugar and milk.
Drizzle over cake.
Serve and ENJOY!
