Apple Blueberry Crisp

This Apple Blueberry Crisp is made with just a few ingredients of fresh fruit, honey and oats! You will love this lightened up dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 honey crisp apples cored and diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add apples, blueberries, lemon juice and honey to a baking dish. Mix well.
  • In a small bowl add oats, cinnamon, olive oil and maple syrup. Mix well.
  • Top fruit with oats mixture.
  • Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until oats are golden brown.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
