Air Fryer Croutons

These Air Fryer Croutons are the perfect addition to salads or soups! Made with breads, spices and freshly grated Parmesan cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread about 12 oz. (not a baguette, not crusty)
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cut bread into 3/4-inch cubes.

  • In large bowl add bread. Top with extra-virgin olive oil and toss.

  • Finally add in cheese. Toss well.

  • If using one tray or basket, add half the mixture. Air fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Check at 4 minutes. Repeat with second half of mixture.

  • If using two trays, evenly divide bread onto both trays. Rotate at 3 minutes, then air fryer for 2-3 more minute or until golden brown.
  • Serve and ENJOY!

Notes

TIP! No need to add salt! The saltiness of the Parmesan cheese comes out beautifully in this recipe!
RECOMMENDATIONS: I personally recommend getting a large style air fryer. It prevents you from having to make recipes in batches. Also I recommend getting on that doesn't requite preheating before you cook.
